Processing
Orders are typically processed in 2–4 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Where we ship
Shipping is available only where every item in the cart has an approved rate for the delivery destination. At present, checkout shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable. Canvas prints currently ship only within the United States. Some other products have destination limitations. If a cart contains an item that cannot be shipped to the address entered, checkout will not offer shipping for that order.
How standard shipping is calculated
For an eligible cart, PrintKindred uses the highest applicable first-item shipping rate among the items in the cart for the delivery destination, then adds US$5 for each additional unit. The calculation is based on total item quantity, not the order in which items are added to the cart. A missing rate is not treated as free shipping.
Fulfillment and transit
Most current catalog items are fulfilled in the United States. House Flags are fulfilled in Vietnam. Carrier transit time, available service, and customs handling depend on the item, fulfillment location, and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Import fees
For destinations where duties, customs fees, or other import charges are not included at checkout, those charges may be collected by the relevant authority or carrier.

Our standard order processing time is 2–4 business days before shipment. The transit estimates below are additional to processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Canvas ships within the United States only. International estimates do not mean every product can ship to every country: availability and charges depend on the item and destination accepted at checkout. Contact us for estimates to US territories or military addresses before ordering.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Our fulfillment partner advises that external disruptions may add 2–6 days; customs, severe weather and peak demand can cause further delays. Items produced at different facilities may arrive separately. Contact support@printkindred.com if delivery is overdue.
