Processing

Orders are typically processed in 2–4 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Where we ship

Shipping is available only where every item in the cart has an approved rate for the delivery destination. Canvas prints currently ship only within the United States. Some other products have destination limitations. If a cart contains an item that cannot be shipped to the address entered, checkout will not offer shipping for that order.

How standard shipping is calculated

For an eligible cart, PrintKindred uses the highest applicable first-item shipping rate among the items in the cart for the delivery destination, then adds US$5 for each additional unit. The calculation is based on total item quantity, not the order in which items are added to the cart. A missing rate is not treated as free shipping.

Fulfillment and transit

Most current catalog items are fulfilled in the United States. House Flags are fulfilled in Vietnam. Carrier transit time, available service, and customs handling depend on the item, fulfillment location, and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Import fees

For destinations where duties, customs fees, or other import charges are not included at checkout, those charges may be collected by the relevant authority or carrier.
